This mold upgrade focuses on structural optimization and manufacturing precision improvement, aiming to fundamentally solve potential quality pain points and significantly improve the durability, smooth operation and overall assembly quality of the movable handle. Before the improvement, the mold had slight dimensional fluctuations and structural strength bottlenecks after long-term use, which may cause slight shaking of individual movable handles under extreme working conditions or increased wear after long-term use. In response to this, the technical team of Dongguan Changhong Hardware Products Co., Ltd. conducted in-depth analysis and systematically optimized the mold, optimizing the movable handle that originally required 8 processes to complete to only 1 process. The fewer processes, the better the quality of the product, which is a qualitative improvement of the glue gun handle. The improved movable handle has a more stable structure, greatly improved impact resistance and wear resistance, and effectively extended the service life of the glue gun. Higher dimensional accuracy ensures the perfect fit between the movable handle and the main component, the glue gun dispensing process is smoother and more labor-saving, and the user experience is smoother and more comfortable. The new mold significantly reduces the defect rate in the production process and improves the overall product consistency and reliability.
